The information and instruction found on Bev-Mayo.com website and YouTube channel is the opinion of Bev Mayo. All content is believed to be accurate and safe and is provided in good faith. The practices and products demonstrated reflect the years of experience by the tutor.
Users of Bev Mayo YouTube channel must accept responsibility for their own health and safety and must satisfy themselves as to the safety of the product or process before proceeding. It is always advisable to read manufacturers’ guidance notes as products vary between brands and specific usage information always supersedes generic advice.
Bev Mayo accepts no responsibility for harm or injury to any viewer as a consequence of the programme content and expect their viewers/readers to act responsibly and sensibly at all times. Please note that all projects and techniques have been developed specifically for adults and not for for children.

Please respect the time and creative energy taken to produce the patterns and video content. Projects and patterns provided are for personal use and as gifts but cannot be produced for sale.
The information and instruction given in the video workshops is for the sole use of the individual purchaser/viewer and is not to be shared with other parties in any form (this includes, but is not limited to, the posting of content on blogs and websites) without the written agreement of the tutor.
Projects and patterns from Bev Mayo’s video workshops, patterns and related content, cannot be taught as a class without prior written consent from Bev Mayo.
Online Classes:
One to one Classes:
An enquiry about a one to one class is not a booking until the date and time has been mutually agreed.
A request for payment will be sent prior to the one to one class and is due on completion of the class.
Small Group Classes:
An enquiry about a small group class is not a booking until payment has been received.
A request for payment will be sent prior to the small group class and is due before the class commences.
Unless indicated in the course description the student will provide their own equipment and materials.
Any course documentation, as indicated in the course description, will be sent on receipt of class payment. Large page documents (A3) will be posted by first class post prior to course. There is a cut off date for bookings on some courses to allow receipt of the documents.
A list of requirements – equipment and material – required for the class will be emailed on receipt of payment and booking confirmation.
Pattern purchases:
Pattern purchases will be dealt with as promptly as possible, usually within 48 hours.
UK orders are usually despatched using Royal Mail First Class post. Overseas orders via Royal Mail Airmail service. Returns will be accepted on damaged or faulty items if notified within 7 days of receipt. Returns must be sent in original packaging.
